Convert standard bolt face tikka t3x to .223?

Are tikka t3x in .223 on the same action as every other caliber? If so, anything different to swap to a .223, or just the correct bolt, barrel and magazine same as any other caliber? Does it even have its own bolt stop (did not see one looking around)?
And, will factory barrels fare ok with 5.56 or no?

It should just need the components you listed. The magazine isn't needed if you want to single load.

I ended up using a standard bolt face and slapping a 22br barrel on to take advantage of all the benefits 223 has, plus a few more, except factory ammo.
