Contessa Hardened Steel Mount on a 7075 picatinny?

I stumbled upon the Contessa monolithic mounts and was about to pull the trigger on one but started digging as to why I didn't see much talk about people using them and read somewhere that the hardened steel mounts can damage aluminum rails during recoil. Is this true even on high-quality rails?
