Compact turkey dekes?

So when I got started I had some cheap foam dekes that were light, collapsed mostly flat & were very portable - they also looked terrible and I think I was scaring birds into adjacent states.

I bought a DSD Jake and hen perhaps 8 or 9 years back, and have arrowed 8 birds in the last 9 years. They are excellent; I've had my decoys attacked by Jakes and Toms many times.

However they are not very portable.

Does anyone make turkey decoys that collapse for portability and still look good/realistic?

Montana decoys are as portable as they come, but they’re only 2D so that comes with a downside in visibility at some angles.

Avian-X LCD series come to mind.

I'm not sure how well they actually collapse, but they look great.

*Edit in response to the above. I think Montana decoys look terrible. Like if a turkey could go on a Hunter Biden-style crack bender.

Was going to recommend the Avian also. I have the breeder hen and it gets pretty small. I’m assuming their full bodies are the same but I also use DSD for a full body so I understand your plight.
I still carry two old feather flex decoys and just touched up the eyes with high gloss black finger nail polish and I really think that helps.

I picked up an avian x for this spring. Havent tested it, but at least to this human it looks a LOT more realistic than the foam ones. It is a heavy rubber or something like that, and inflates. I was looking around for a super compact bike pump to blow it up with, not being too psyched on hyperventilating into a rubber turkey’s nether-regions, but assuming you have a decent way to let the air out and inflate it, it packs pretty flat.

My two picks:

I have some old inflatable decoys I like pretty well for the looks and real well for the portability (Primos, I'm guessin') and a couple of pop-ups from the dark corners of Turkey World of long ago.

Think nylon turkeys on an umbrella frame.

Genius.

Won't win any beauty contests against an Avian X but their milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, especially compared to Feather Flex of the same generation.

Get the Avian-x inflatables. Good quality. Store them long term inflated so they don’t crease, but no issue deflating/inflating them during the season for hunts. If they do crease, you’ll need to inflate them and put them under hot water to get back to shape.

Thanks all - the Avian X collapsing dekes look like what I had in mind. Perhaps not quite as realistic as my DSDs but really good for something that you can put in a small pack.

I’ve been contemplating a funky chicken decoy for mountain hunts, I almost never use a decoy but would like the option occasionally!

That thing looks ridiculous but gets great reviews!

As stated above, the Avian X inflatables are nice. You can pack 2-3 collapsed in most standard turkey vests. There are more portable options, but IMO they don't look nearly as good as the Avian X ones.
