Compact optic (NF NXS 2.5-10x42) on a long action (T3x). Looking for ring suggestions

Here's the NXS 2.5-10x42 on UM Tikka Lows.

This is exactly what I ended up doing and have mine mounted in the same position but with the rear ring slid forward just enough to fit an UM Tikka level behind the rear ring which makes for a super compact setup. I was initially skeptical about slightly obstructing the ejection port with the front ring, but I haven't experienced any issues cycling snapcaps.

I maybe wish I could pull the scope back slightly to improve eye relief when standing, but it's nearly perfect while shooting prone and I tend to prefer my scopes mounted further rearward than most. I may end up putting an aftermarket stock on this rifle with a slightly shorter LOP and taller comb after a season or two because I also find the T3x stock a little low despite the very minimal scope mounting height.

No issues with ejection on mine but I've only got about 20 rounds on it with this combo. I put a KalixTeknik cheek riser on mine and it's great until I tried to remove the bolt it just barely blocks the bolt from popping out unless I drop the cheek riser.

I really wanted to go with a pic rail so I could switch the scope out with other non-Tikka rifles (it's my best scope) but it would've been higher and I like them fairly low.

That’s what you got the CR1 cheek riser for! I get it though. I’ve always had my scopes hugging the receiver - this will be a first for me.

I've not had any issues at all with the UM Lows. I'll also add that this has been the most consistent scope/ring/rifle combo I've ever had in my 50 years on this earth. The contrast grows every time I shoot anything and is eye opening.
