Colorado Unit 851

So I've noticed the last couple years that you can get a rifle tag in any unit in the state for just a couple points EXCEPT 851 that takes 15+ points to win..

Why is it so high?

Are there bruisers coming out of there? Super dense pop?

No idea. Only 8 bears were taken last year from that unit.

Not sure how they did that with only 5 hunters?
