Colorado Unit 10 Elk

A very good friend of mines uncle drew a Unit 10 Colorado muzzleloader elk tag this year. Im born and raised in Colorado, but have never spent much time up in that area. I am hoping to be able to help him out with some places to start looking and go from there. I just found out, so will start e-scouting and whatnot, but if anyone has any information on that area and elk during the muzzleloader season, and doesn't mind sharing some, feel free to PM me. It seems like mostly sagebrush and grass in the southern portion, with oak brush and others in the northern portion. So just looking for some potential starting points

Ha ya possibly. I think he had 27 points into it. Can't imagine almost 3 decades into a hunt. But then again that's my full life haha
