Colorado unit 10 archery elk

I will be in the unit scouting during the archery/ muzzy season 9/10-15 this year. I am in the archery point pool that's being drawn from and may get lucky and draw next year. I will be staying out of the way and just glassing from high points and getting an idea of what the elk in the unit do.

If you have a tag I will be more than happy to share what I'm seeing and help pack a bull if you connect while I am there.

Just DM me if you got lucky and drew a tag.

How did scouting go Mark? I should draw a deer tag there next year but want to make sure it’s not a waste. I’ve scouted during the off-season but hope to get there this year during the season to do the same thing you did for elk.

It was good, saw lots of bulls. A lot of smaller bulls to “weed through”. A couple of very nice ones were shot while we were there. Lots of people on the weekends.

Some guys we know from the archery tournaments had a muzzleloader deer tag.
