I was under the impression wolverines have huge home ranges so I wonder how feasible this idea is. If there are 10 in the state will they find each other to breed?

So the plan is to bring in 15 per year for three years with a target population of 50-100? To my uneducated self it seems like they could save a lot of time and money by just rounding up 50, dumping them in 2-3 appropriate habitats and calling it done.

They could save even more if everyone who wanted them would just move to Canada.

ETA: to clarify, I am not terribly opposed to wolverines. I just get tired of seeing hunting dollars get spent on not-hunting things.

Is there an animal that specifically hunts hippies that hike with their dog through calving meadows, or anyone with blue or purple hair? Asking for research purposes...
