Colorado reissue

Any one have any luck this morning? Seems like they had their act together this morning but wants quick enough for what I wanted.

Does anyone know if the folks buying them at a store counter get some kind of preference? It’s odd that within minutes all the tags seem to disappear. I’ve even tried for tags this year that was on the reissue list that had up to 5 tags available. All of those were gone by 11:01. Just was thinking maybe it’s folks picking them up locally at a store in person.
