I have the tag now looking at options. Anyone have any DIY elk experience in unit 76 that they would be willing to share. Anyone have an outfitter that they would recommend?

It’s a big unit with rugged terrain and high elevation.

How was your hunt?

I hunted that hunt 2 years ago and we killed a 337 bull. It’s a fun hunt but it’s steep and horses help. Be a good archery or muzzle hunt and the early rifle hunt is solid. The later the hunts the chances of weather make it difficult. Hope you draw it
