Colorado GMU 441 - Flanders Ranch

Anybody have any experience with hunting Flanders Ranch in Colorado GMU 441? They give out 8 walk-in access permits each season. I have one of the limited antlered elk tags for several of the units in that area, including 441, that used to be OTC before the 2023 severe winter (for 24 and 25). I reserved one of the access permits but am hoping someone on here might have some experience there already. Thanks!
