Colorado GMU 15 - Any experience?

Curious if anyone who has experience in this unit would be willing to share any info? Specifically during the later rifle seasons but open to hear anything on the unit.

Not looking for specific locations but more along the lines of access, pressure, terrain, etc. Been looking on GE and doing some research before the upcoming draw and plan to spend some time in the area if I do put in and draw the tag. Hell I'm tempted to take a drive over the hill and look around before the draw but doubt it will do me much good at this point in the year.

Always take a drive over the hill when possible. Talk to the locals there.

I do know they give plenty of tags and it's busy, but I do see an occasional good buck guys have killed there. Gotta get away from the road and don't expect to be totally alone even when you do tht, nor need you be if you're where the bucks are. It will be thick where the best ones are. If you're good with an average buck, you won't likely be disappointed.

My buddies dad killed a real nice velvet buck with his muzzleloader in 15 this past september. I'll try to get a picture posted.
