Weird question, but what’s a great go to sling option? Currently I just use the “Claw” which I don’t have any real issues with, just seeing what others are using..

slogan outdoors thermoplastic sling. Stretchy and takes the ache out of your shoulder. Get a gunbearer, too, both have utility.

Slik Sling or Stone Glacier Quick Release Sling with the buttstock cradle shifted forward for front-of-shoulder carry.

I carry my rifle in my hand 99% of the time.

Slik sling is really nice to integrate with your pack setup especially if you are hiking quite a bit. It’s the best I’ve found to keep your gun secure (hands free) and then it is super easy to release it if you need to take a quick shot!
