What do you mean they didn’t make it to the website?

I thought it was a typical reissue day, tags drop, anything good is gone in .0003 seconds and 1% of people trying walk away with a tag. It seemed exactly like any other reissue to me.

I just refreshed constantly for 20 minutes. The cow moose tag that was available never looked like it popped up as available on the website. I just meant that maybe the in-person people have a leg up in these reissues? But also maybe my refreshes every 10 seconds weren't timed correctly. 0.0003 seconds it right.

They don't "pop up" on the website. Their hunt code becomes active and once they hit someone's cart they become inactive again. The better tags go almost instantly as there could possibly be 100,000 people trying for them. You have to be quick with your clicks and entering the information any faltering/mistakes will not work out in your favor.

Reissue list isn't as scrutinize or important as leftover day. Tags become available at 9am on leftover day which is 09:00:00. Where the reissue is "On Wednesdays, all hunt codes that were on the Preview List will be released for sale as close to 11 AM as the system allows." That said, this could mean 10:59:32 or 11:00:49 or any other time for that matter. It just says as close to 11am as possible

By the time the published list refreshes every 5 minutes anything good is gone. It’s pretty rare to see anything decent on the published list unless the drop and the refresh happen at the exact same time. Even then you could see it on the published list and it was sold 4 minutes 59.9 seconds ago it doesn’t mean that tag is actually available. It literally comes down to tenths of seconds on getting a tag.

Remember tags can stay in a cart for up to 15 minutes before returning to the list.... also tags can be added to the leftover list until 1pm.
