Colorado drought…

So I either chose a good year to burn my CO points, or I didn't. Sweet.
I used my deer points as well- I'm betting on a good year and that a few more mature bucks made it through the mild winter. I'm sure there will be plenty of young bucks as well, and think this may be a banner year in the west compared to the past few.

The only concern I have with drought in CO would be if there is a bad winter. Deer don't die in the summer/fall because of drought in CO- there is water to be found and summer ranges always have feed. (Places like deep desert AZ can run out of water on sheep range or lack of feed. not so in CO) Now if there is a bad winter this year and the winter range is low on feed then yes this drought will be bad....for NEXT year hunting :)
