My brother and myself tagged out on our last day of our Colorado mule deer hunt. I hunted hard for 8 days and saw some bruiser bucks. I feel blessed to harvest this buck on the last morning of the hunt. He isn't the biggest and I was hunting a 190" buck for 4 days but it didn't work out. My brother shot a nice typical 4*4 as well. Here are some pics of the bucks and God's country.

Nice job IGWT, I think you've got those units figured out. I didn't muzzle hunt it this year because of the later dates. Looks like a great time with your brother.

Foldem, I did notice the bucks were out of velvet for the most part and they would still eat above timberline but then they would move into timber to bed when they re bedded about 10:30. The hunting is definitely a little tougher when the season is 5 days later and they are out of velvet.
