Col Leftover License List

Can someone post the left over license list for elk if they have, didn't know checking the leftover license option on the app would get me the list of available licenses sooner.

There was two hunt codes I think for elk. Since you didn't check the leftover option, knowing those codes doesn't help you, you have to wait for the leftover leftover to come out the end of this month or early next month. Your only hope really is to keep checking that list as they update it with turn in tags. Lot of people seem to think there may be more turn ins than usual.

Sooner than what? The list that comes out after the draw is the leftover list for the leftover draw, which had a July 3rd deadline to apply for. Any lists that come out after that draw won't show what was drawn in the leftover draw........so will be a completely different list.

Reissued tags will not be available until a week (Aug 14th) after the regular leftover licenses (Aug 7th) are available. "New in 2016, eligible returned licenses will be reissued through the leftover license process. The reissue of big game limited licenses begins on August 14.
