Hi all, had to turn in my tag this year as I drew Mulie hunt in NM same week. Buddies are still going, wondering if anyone has been up to Coffee Pot this year and what the snow is like? Last year was deep and brutal. Thanks!

I haven’t been up there recently, but it will be nothing like last year. And I don’t see much in the forecast between now and the season. They shouldn’t have a problem.

It was a mess the first couple days of 2nd this year. 8+ inches of snow and -15 at night. Coffee Pot was just muddy until you reached Boom Boom Pit Rd, where it was snowpacked. I didn't travel beyond Heart Lake during the season, but the week before it was a muddy mess all the way to Transfer before the storm.

All the off shoots were messy and multiple people were stuck in the mud. Snow is about 6-8" deep in some pockets.

I was in there on the 5th and most snow was melted. Main roads were dry temps were warm. They may have got some moisture today though.

So I could probably get deep with a Razr? I know people from Utah so I should be able to borrow some ATVs and a couple flat bills if I rent their "influencer package" for the season.
