Anyone using Code of Silence gear?

If so, what’s your take on it for any part of the season (early to late)?

Biggest thing, is it as wind resistant/ wind proof and warm as they claim?

I have not had my hands on it, but the design and materials interest me.

The owner is the guy who designed for Cabelas back in the day and their old windstopper stuff was good, just heavy and bulky.

Yea I have the “cheaper” cabelas berber fleece windstopper jacket and pants. It is heavy and bulky, but does a good job

I have an older vest (Zone7?) and the wind block layer is silent and works. I also have the Fairwinds stuff that came out before the Flex version and it doesn't have any wind block material. It's nice, quiet stuff. Not the lightest.

I have the items below. So far seems like quality gear. The farewinds is a bit heavy but warm and a good fit. I bought it for still hunting whitetail in cold weather. I’ve worn it ice fishing also. I wouldn’t hesitate to try other products and they have decent sales often. I think this is an up and coming company that will expand the product line.

I have the first version of the farting high loft pullover jacket, the solid color fleece hoodie with the smooth outer face, and their new river wolf jacket. I’ve also used the zone 7 dialed in parka. I’m very happy with all of them, and only sold the dialed in parka bc the sleeves were too short.

Overall I feel like their products are made for bowhunting, and I can’t say that about everything that I’ve ever worn in the woods. Hunting with a trad bow highlights the little things that I don’t like about a lot of hunting clothes. The river wolf blocks the wind very well, but the other two lighter jackets do not. However I don’t really expect them to. I’m loving the river wolf jacket so far, and for the price I think it’s hard to beat. That being said I’ve only worn it down in the mid 30’s with a light base layer, and I was very comfortable.
