CO Unit 201

My Dad drew his Colorado unit 201 3rd season mule deer tag this year! Only took 19 years. Does anyone have any experience in that unit? Any information from 3rd season cow elk hunters or past draw winners who have put boots on the ground there, would be greatly appreciated. Pm's would be great. Specifics, if possible, would be wonderful. Being that it is a rut hunt, scouting this summer won't really apply. We will still probably drive down this summer to see the lay of the land though. I can't wait. With the point system the way it is right now, it's a once in a lifetime kind of hunt for him. Thanks for the help guys!!

Hey @MNbearhunter123, I drew a first rifle cow elk tag in 201 this year. I have been researching and doing some online scouting. Wanted to see how the hunt went and if you had any recommendations or tips for hunting the unit?
