CO Unit 14 advice.

Can some people please provide some information on hunting unit 14 in CO. I spent the last 5 days hunting 3rd rifle, put in the miles, but suspect I was in the wrong area or need some advice on how to hunt the elk. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Unit 14 is pretty tough, it sees a lot of hunters through all the seasons. I hunted 14 the last three years and tried unit 5 for first rifle this year and there were a lot of hunters in it as well. Most of the elk I find are in small groups where they can live in small pockets that get overlooked by most hunters.

Best advice, look into another unit.
