CO Elk Muzzleloader guide recommendation

Hi guys,

I drew a CO Muzzleloader Tag for elk in September.

Hoping to get some recommendations on solid guides thanks!

You can look up the Co guide list and try to find one that is licensed to outfit the unit you drew. My guess is most will be booked this year already, they might have a cancellation

If you’re wanting to do an outfitted hunt in Colorado, you’re going at it backwards. You would want to find a great outfitter then apply in their units.
There may not even be a good outfitter in the unit you drew much less have any openings at this point.
I know you already have the tag so good luck on your search and hope you have a great hunt.

Coloradooutfitters.org is a great place to start your search. But you are behind on getting one booked, you’re most likely going to be getting a cancellation hunt.

In the future I highly suggest calling outfitters in December about your plans and seeing what could be available if you draw, even sending a deposit to hold your spot just in case.
