CO 1st rifle dates

Looking for some help here...I'm confused on these dates. I've found 2 different ones for the 1st rifle elk. One is oct 15-19 and the other is oct 9-13. I called out and I was told that the 9-13 dates are for when it runs with bear season. However can't seem to find where it says that. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! That's what I was getting but a buddy sent me something else and it showed something different. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't losing it! It is Monday
