Most of these are because you are accidentally bumping the bolt up before firing due to the ease/smoothness of the bolt. This will cause light strikes, cocking the bolt or loading the round again it will fire.
This is my only complaint with my tikka. Is there anything I can do to prevent the bolt knob from coming up that little bit?

Not bumping it in the first place or double checking the bolts all the way down seem like the easy answer here. However, It’s bit me in the ass a few times running the bolt and repositioning for shots in running coyotes.
