Cleaning Rag?

Quick question. I have always used old t-shirts for a cleaning rag to clean my firearms actions/bolts and exterior parts. I have an abundance of microfiber rags but always questioned if they were ok to clean firearms because of the name micro fibers. What do you guys use to clean?

I use rags, shop towels and microfiber towels. I have one microfiber with gun oil on ir in a plastic bag.

It's funny this topic came up today, I was just telling a buddy of mine how well the microfiber clothes work for gun cleaning. Amazon has plenty, think I paid $16.00 for a pack of 50 ........

I just got a new batch of those just a couple of weeks ago. They have gotten so cheap that it’s a no brainier to use them. I use them for about everything.
