You will find things you forgot you bought. I just found two packs of Talley Lightweights, 8 lbs of H4350, 7 boxes of 127gr LRX, 2 boxes of 120gr NBT, 2 boxes of 145gr LRX, 2 boxes (each) of Peterson 7mm RM brass/6.5 CM/308 brass, 6 packs of 1/16 oz jig heads, 10 jigging raps, 8 packs of crappie jig bodies, and 2 tool caddies for my boat that I must have bought on two occasions because I really only need one.

Been there. I've cleaned out old totes and bags and found gear I'd already repurchased. It'll also give you an idea of what you actually need. I've got more stuff stashed away that's either never been used, or hadn't been used in years. Time to unload and use the money elsewhere.

I have an 8x16 shed that is nothing but my extra hunting and fishing stuff.

I pulled out my Badlands Terraglide the other day to get ready for my upcoming Okla hog hunt.
Opened it up and found a pair of gaiters I absolutely forgot I had.

It’s been 4 years since I used that Terraglide.

That’s the problem with internet capable cell phones. You see expendable items on sale, and a couple thumb twitches later, it’s on the way. I feel like it’s almost subconscious. I never did that when we had local stores that sold shooting and fishing stuff.

It’s nice when you find stuff you forgot and can pass it along to someone that can enjoy it. I used to fish tournaments and bought lures in bulk. Nothing is worse than loosing your only lure in a tournament.
My 13yo found my totes and it was like Christmas to him. It’s nice seeing it used. I also didn’t realize how much more I bought before kids.
