Is it built by Howa? Seems like I saw some of them looking for a cheap .22. Howa makes a good rifle.

I am probably going to buy one because they are so inexpensive and thought they may be decent. One of my kids is ready to move up from the single shot.

Fun! The Rossi and Savage bolt actions are very good for the money.

I think on Buds I saw the same Trakker gun listed as a Howa.
