I have a CA Mesa in 308 in really good condition. I bought this a couple of years ago from this forum and I mounted a scope on it and it has sat. I thought my daughter was going to hunt again but apparently not. I believe that there is less than 100 rounds through this since the previous owner had less than a box and I have maybe two through it. It shoots within CAs specifications so I believe that it will do better with hand loads.
It wears a set of one piece Talley mounts and a Matte Leupold VX2 in 3x9. No damage that I can see although there is a funky design in the stock near the tang of the action on the left side which you can see in the one picture. It is not scratched or chipped just a factory spot?
