Kanab2 vs Corrugate.

Different animals but both cover the same type of hunts? My Attack pants are at end of days. From busting thick cover in Arizona. My hunt temps fluctuate wildly and I rely on base layers to adjust.

From the AZ desert to CA hill country. How do I choose? How does sizing run, say compared to a pair of jeans you wear.

Similar sizing with both. I wear a medium and my jeans are 34 waist. They fit great.
Get the corrugates if you are doing a lot of brush hunting. They are more durable. The kanabs are more versatile temp wise though.

not to derail the thread, is anybody that as a 34" inseam wearing a size medium guide pant? I have large, but ive lost some weight and they are too baggy now. Not sure if the mediums will be long enough.

Medium Guide pants ride high with 34" inseam. It was annoying as crap and I couldnt last more than 4 days in them. The Kanab 2 seems to be a tad longer than the Guides. Although the original Kanab Mediums were perfect.

I've used the Kanabs and they seem pretty tough. Can't comment on the Corrugates.

I'll also add that the Kanabs seem to do well across a range of temperatures.

It depends a bit on what you plan to use them for. As mentioned, the Corrugates will be more durable and also have a DWR coating. The Kanab's won't do as well in thick brush and aren't water repellent but will be a bit quieter if you are bow hunting. I have both and I prefer the pocket layout on the Corrugates but they are both great pants.

I saw in the new first lite catalogue that they are coming out with tall sizes in the med, large and xl. Cant wait for that.

Great input everyone.

So corrugates are closer to Kuiu attack a?

Just wanted to put in my .02. Having read all of the comments, i have come to the conclusion that you are same dam smart hunters! I'm just happy to be here..

I own both and use the guide pants whenever moisture is present.

One thing I do not like about the Kanabs is the metal button to convert the pants to shorts is right on my knee cap. Its is in the worst possible location. I tried to stalk a mule deer this winter and the metal kept digging into my knees so much that there is a bruise there. The thing is as big or bigger than the button to fasten the waist.

I am looking to cut it out and just patch the hole. I don't need the thing and I wish they did not have it.
