Chest harness

Needing help if someone knows who makes this chest harness. This is my harness I bought a couple of years back. I'm pretty sure someone suggested this company on here to buy from. I can't remember the company. I'm wanting to buy another one. It's not kenai it's very similar but only has one buckle which I like to make it a little less bulky. Any help would be appreciated. Its also made in the usa if that helps. Thanks

Hosking Holster maybe. All mine have 3 buckles but they do have a single buckle option.
