Cheek riser for Stocky's VG2 stock?

I just got a Stocky's VG2 carbon fiber stock for my Weatherby Vanguard .30-06 and the cheek riser feels too low for me (I already have short scope rings).

Any recommendations for a riser that I can install, preferably something adjustable so I can get an exact fit. I'm handy and have a drill, and I'll call stocky's before doing any drilling to check if there's a reason not to drill through the stock.

So far, the Grippy Universal looks somewhat appealing.
