I've been using the Triad stock pack for a while now and it works well on some of my rifles but anything with a rail and scope it falls a bit short. instead of building it up excessively i'd like to try a kydex adjustable. so far i'm looking at the Bradley adjustable and the Tac Pro no drill. both look well made and will not require extra holes in my carbon stock. i'm guessing i'll use every bit of the adjustment in either one but is there a clear winner in terms of quality or adjustability? will they fit larger stocks? any others to look at?

Just looking at those; overly bulky, and there is no way they won't move around some (plus they are fugly). If you're truly against drilling holes in the stock, I would just build up the Triad (great piece btw) or build your own from foam, leather, or similar.

Closed cell foam from a craft store (can get different thicknesses) and vet wrap (comes in camo) from Tractor Supply would be a lightweight inexpensive way to build up under the stock pack. Or can be used by itself (that’s what I have on my rifle). It sticks to itself, so doesn’t mess up rifle. Stays in place well when wrapped tight.

Every rifle I own runs a Triad stock pack . Cheek weld is perfect, stores a few rounds and a minimalized copy of my form 4/tax stamp .

This works, can get adjustment perfect and is probably lighter and definitely cheaper than adjustable stock. Use on one of mine. Probably not the best if large height adjustment needs removal for cleaning rod.

I like vet wrap and foam as well. Adding lots of height does make it require removal for cleaning and need to be a little careful about placing it for bolt removal.
