Chassis for Rem Model 7

Are there any chassis systems that fit a Remington Model 7 barreled action?

Probably not. It's been out of production for decades and there are really no advantages to build on it for anything considered "long range" because of cartridge length limitations.

MDT used to make a M7 LSS. I have one on a M7 223AI. Not sure if they still make it.

I have a Model 7 in 7mm-08. The stock is a short “youth version” and I will have to restock it.

You'll find several makers of traditional style stocks that offer for it. Boyd's will probably have the most variety. McMillan as well.

I'd originally stocked this one with a Bansner I finished with a short LOP for my kids. Once the youngest outgrew it I put it in the MDT LSS. It will accomplish the same thing with an adjustable AR stock while still allowing a grownup to use it.

I will contact MDT to inquire but I don’t think they make any stocks to fit the Model 7 anymore.
