Copilot has been surprisingly good especially for a Microsoft product. Unlike ChatGPT I can edit it without uploading the picture and starting a new session. Sometimes it butchers the words so I screenshot it then open in google photos to use the eraser tool then upload that image to imgflip.com (meme site) where you can add words and change colors, fonts, rotate text, scale it, add other images on top of yours.
