Changing hip belt on exo pack?

Got my exo 3500 in and the med belt was to big so ordered the small. Does anyone know how to open the plastic clip for the lumbar pad so I can slide in the small hip belt?

Just lift up on the side of the clip.

Sorry I meant pull down on the right side of the clip. Should unsnap pretty easily. Then you can just slid the tap on the pad out of the clip
