When I got my VP215, it came with several hundred bags as part of a promotion or something. My friend also gave me a few boxes which lasted a few years but after halibut and salmon this year, I’m about out of bags so I need to re supply.

This is mostly used for moose and caribou. Roasts, rib sections, steak, burger. The ones I had were fairly thick and I like that because it seems to keep bones from poking through.

What is a good place to order more from and what size would you get for moose and caribou? I think most of what I had was like 8x15 or so.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check out Vacuumsealersunlimited.com for their 4 or 5 mil bags. Cheapest I've found and I check often for free shipping on the bags I use (maybe not to AK?). I've bought 11000 bags from them. They have every size you will need.

I’ll look into that. The place in Alaska might work out to be the cheapest though since o can just get them when I’m in town next week and save on shipping.
