Central Idaho bear baiting

Hey folks,
I was hoping to do some bear baiting in central Idaho this spring. My wife and I got transferred from Nevada to Cascade Idaho.

I won't get to hunt a ton as we are moving to the house we bought snd I need to fence it in and build a shelter/hay barn for our pack llamas this spring/summer.

What are most folks looking for in key elements for Western bear baiting stations?

I'm planning on bait hunting with my recurve, and taking the rifle for spot and stalk.
