East coast (cocoa area):
Bass fishing anywhere on the ST Johns river
Check rocket launch schedule
Airboat ride
Beach (gonna be a bit coolish)
Gator hunting if you got $$ to charter

I grew up in Central Florida but on the Gulf Coast (Nature Coast area)…go fishing. Either coast should be good but I know I used to find plenty of redfish, specks, snook around Homosassa and Hernando Beach. The tarpon fishing is really just starting at that time and is very sporadic anywhere north of Islamorada in March but you could get lucky and see a few.
