Cell Phone Tripod Mount?

I am looking for a way I can mount my cell phone (just the phone) to my tripod. Can anyone recommend a mount for me?

Basically, I do alot of hunting solo and this would help with taking pictures instead of trying to prop my phone on my pack.

I made the mistake of mentioning this to my wife and (since she's "helpful") now I have something coming from Amazon that may or may not work. The one thing I do know is that it costs $8.49, so I don't have high hopes.

Will report back as to whether or not it's a piece of crap.
