Have you tried zeroing the turret as described in the owner's manual?

Yeah, pop off the turret and see if it's just not lined up perfectly. Otherwise, buy a NF?

It’s on its way to Leupold. The turret was not indexed properly so when put correctly back on, it simply isn’t on “0”.

Good news is it will get fixed and tested for proper tracking so it will come back in good shape.
