Looking at picking up a thumb release for something new to play with. I currently shoot a Wise Guy and like it, but can't leave well-enough alone. Would love to get some feedback before ordering.

Thanks in advance.

Both are great, do you prefer to leave your release clipped to your loop, or do you like an open hook for faster engagement? The answer to this is the release you should choose.

I prefer the wise choice for hunting because of the clipped on feature. I do have a spare I was about to put in the classifieds in you want to try one without committing full price. Either is a more precise delivery than what you have now so you can't really go wrong.

I shoot a wise choice and a nock2it. They are essentially the same release just 2 and 3 finger models. I prefer the Wise Choice ever so slightly over the Nock2it. Love the wise choice.

What about the wise choice do you like more than the nock2it?

I will be using an EZ for hunting. I have been using a carter NV hinge since the end of last hunting season and really like the shape and feel in my hand. It is nice having the full capture and being able to leave it attached to your d loop but I leave mine in my bino harness 90% of the time anyway so that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

I've shot both extensively. For me, I can just execute a perfect shot more consistently with a 3 finger vs a 2 finger. Not talking bad about the Nock2it at all, as they are practically the same release and I can use them interchangeably. I just prefer the wise choice, for me.
