the weight does include the head. You get to Pick two of the three options........ cheap, light, quality

with that said it looks like a copy cat Promaster 525 carbon. I bet you could shave some weight off that thing.

There’s no guarantee it’s quality, my guess you’ll be left with cheap and heavy…

There was a cheap carbon fiber tripod thread on here years ago and from what I recal people were impressed with it. If i needed one I might consider this. Edit price is back up to regular price anyway.

The smaller a tripod gets, the less there is to gain by going carbon vs. aluminum. Keep that in mind.

My backpack scouting tripod is aluminum because I will use it sitting down and the carbon equivalent is only about 2 oz. less but costs 3x as much.

My largest tripod, I can use standing up at eye level (I'm 6'4") and it's carbon. The weight savings and dampening there is significant over an aluminum tripod.
