having an issue with a newly rebored and chambered 9.3x62. the gunsmith showed me the "go" gauge goes into the chamber nicely but when you try and chamber a new unfired piece of Norma brass it is very hard to chamber. he said the brass needs to have the shoulder pushed back a couple thousands. I was able to get a few pieces of brass sized using a Lee full length die by running the shell holder crammed against the die and did get the first group fired, wow 100 yards .274 group with CEB 200 gr Raptors at 2643 fps. But sine I now have 2 9.3x62's I want a separate set of dies for the rifles, Sauer 100 gets the Lee they work good just do not like Lee and bought a set of RCBS for the Rem 700, but when trying to full length size the brass will not go all the way into the die. I have a set of Redding Comp shell holder in 2-10 thickness a it does nothing to help. A couple of guys mentioned on some site they had the same problem and had to send them back to RCBS and I guess open up the die body then they worked good . any thoughts would be great.

A go-gauge only gauges headspace, so just because a bolt closes on one doesn't mean the chamber is in spec. I had a 284 Win that had similar issues because the tail end of the chamber was too tight from a worn reamer.

As for the dies, no idea. I would take some measurements of fired cases and see if you can find any SAAMI spec tolerance discrepancies. Sometimes those old chambers have really sloppy and conflicting tolerances.

A custom or modified shell holder is the easiest way to get around the issue, but that is addressing a symptom vs finding the root cause.

As above, carefully measure some 2x fired cases against the factory brass and you might be able to get an in idea of what's really going on.

Redding makes an expensive set, but it's easy enough to sand a shell holder down a few thou if you have an extra one (and a flat surface).

I would think the most logical and also easiest thing to check/fix would be the brass. I’d try another brand and see what happens. You can usually find PRVI for not too much coin.

Sounds like the RCBS die is a little to narrow in the back end. Take your calipers and see if it's significantly smaller when compared to your Lee. My guess is you are going to have to do the same thing the guys on the internet you read about.
