Canis size?

Hope someone can help me

I'm looking to buy the Canis Alpine Lite Pants but are unsure of the size

In Sitka Mountain Pant I use a 34R

Should I order the same size in the Canis?

Bonus question... what about the shirts and jackets are they true to size?

The shirts fit small compared to other brands but they're true to the Canis size guide. For example, a large Canis hoodie says it fits chest size 40"-41.5". Large Sitka fits chest size 42"-45".
I'm not a heavy guy but I could wear XXL in Canis.

Know this thread is old but the alpine lite fit same in waist as Mt pant but the Canis is tapered better from knee down.
