Caney Creek Wilderness Bear

Heading to the caney creek wilderness area for the Arkansas rifle season. What are the odds of running into a bear out there? Just moved to TX from OH and it looks like Arkansas is the closest state with a decent wilderness area so I’m trying my luck. Thanks!

I know this is an old thread but curious how your hunt went at caney wilderness area? A buddy and I hiked the buckeye caney loop on Memorial day this year. Looked like it would probably be some good deer and turkey hunting. Didn't really see any bear sign, but did find some blueberries on top of the mountain
