Canceling Spot Service

Just called to cancel my Spot. No way to do online- have to call. They're as bad as Sirius/XM and friggen cable tv. High pressure, long silences hoping you'll just hang up etc. The good news is they're working on 2 way communication and they'll even suspend your account for $100. NO? How about $75 a year. Took 10 minutes. Pisses me off.

Yep- I cancelled mine last year...took 20 minutes of listening to high pressure yammer.

They finally dropped the price to $50 a year...so I asked them "if you were willing to do it for $50 a year when I wanted to cancel, why didn't you do it for $50 to start with?"

"We'll go ahead and cancel that subscription sir..."

Ugh, the worst...I canceled a credit card the other day and it was worse than a trip to the dentist.
