Canadian Alberta moose recommendations

So I kinda wanted Alaska moose but getting a partner doesn't seem like an option and guides are really pricey, so thinking about Alberta for moose. Would like an opportunity at a 50 ish and budget around 10k ish. Anyone have any experience with any Alberta guides or Canadian expenses by some chance?

I went there in 2011 and shot a nice one. Check out there website

I booked a hunt with Mossy Ridge Outfitting for this fall (Oct 1-9) in NW Alberta. I was told they see a lot of 40" bulls and the occasional 50". I've got pretty decent feedback from past clients, so we'll see what happens. After seeing some of the bears they've taken this spring...I might need to give that a chance too!

There are 50-inch bulls in BC but I do not think you are going to get one for 10-11 k they are $15-17k 1x1 and a little cheaper 2x1. BUT if you book a 2x1 you better book extra days just in case, the other reason is it gives you more time to glass and really look at the Bulls. 2x1 if you buddy drops one then it's a day getting the bull out and to town, so you are losing 2 days on 6 days so you might not have the time to put in for your own bull, so book it with extra days on a 2x1. 1x1 I would do the same add 1 or 2 extra days as you are looking for a big bulls and we have them in our area. 45-50 on average but shoot bulls in the 50+ every year BUT you need the time.
