Can/will Carter repair this?

I was shooting today and managed to break the thumb release button thing off my Carter First Choice. I was at full draw and relaxed my shoulder for a split second too long which made the bow shoot which yanked my release out of my hand. It went flying and glanced off my bow and landed about ten yards in front of me in two different pieces. Yeah, I know I’m an idiot. Does anyone know if Carter can repair this? I emailed them already but I’m assuming it’ll be a few days before I hear back from them. Thanks!

My friend ;) had excellent customer service from Carter for that exact same issue (possibly twice 😬).

Both times the release was fixable.

I broke the return string on my Carter Quickie and after a phone conversation they sent me the repair cord and I was back in business. Great company and great releases.

(I now have a couple of backups just in case I screw up again!)

Just to give an update, Carter was able to repair my release no problem. Their customer service was amazing and they seem like really good people. Glad to have done business with them.
