If the motor works well and the machine's timing is good, then yes. Your pics aren't the greatest to look closely at the machine, just because the seller says its an Industrial machine doesn't make it true.

You would need to buy a servo motor for the machine to slow it down enough to be manageable. Figure another $100-150 for that. Personally, I would pass up on this machine and wait for a different one to pop up. For the $350 you will put into this one, you should be able to pick up a Thompson Mini clone for not much more which would probably serve you better as well as being more portable.

I talked the dude down to 150. I couldnt find a thompson mini. Im going to try to get used to it but if i cant ill buy a servo.

Then there are the machines like the Reliable Barracuda that you can buy on Amazon that are mediocre quality. These are a portable walking-foot zig-zag sewing machine, so an intermediate step between a home machine and a full-on industrial machine.
