i hear people call it a shoot thru riser. huh?

it isnt is it? from the photos on the website it just looks like a bridge to stiffen things up. like us, we stand with our legs opened to shoulder width, we are more stable than standing with our feet together. that's all right? why didnt they treat the bottom limb the same?

i need more info, and my bowshop doesnt have one yet in stock. the website is lacking in multiple views/photos.

any help? anyone lay hands on one yet? i am very interested in an Energy 32. my bowshop wants me to order one sight/unseen. that is a jagged pill to swallow..i like to shoot one and see one.

Boom its not a true shoot through riser. It just has an upper part of sight window that is boxed in. This adds the 30% rigidity to it that they are advertising. I havent laid hands on it yet but the guys on Archerytalk are giving it really good reviews. I almost got one myself in the 35 but I decided to switch things up and go with the Bowtech carbon knight.

Everything ive read said this is Elites best bow yet. Tell your dealer to buck up and drop the minimum on the 2014 bows. They are just being cheap. =-)

thanks.

do you "look" thru that opening? or is the bowsight below that window?

Sight is below that window. basically if it had continued down the length of the riser it would be a shoot through. But since it stops and then cuts out its not hehe. But people sometimes just say it is cause the way its made. Guess anything could be a shoot through riser depending on the style =-)
